The Power of Love in Fatherhood.

It's important to state that Fathers love their children. However, for many men, the ability to express or communicate that love can seem challenging. Either because their fathers were incapable of expressing love or they were fearful that doing so would harm themselves or their children. Yet nothing could be further from the truth. 
The truth is that a father's love is powerful. When it is communicated to a child with frequency and regularity, it will help build confidence and improve the mental & physical health of the child. 
While it is true that actions speak louder than words, it does not negate the fact that words still need to be spoken. 
So, if you are a dad and reading this, take some time to stop and tell your kids that you love them. And Yes, Adult Children need to hear it, too. Even if it seems like they don't listen to it or receive it, it still makes an impact. Today is a great day to start getting into the habit of expressing your love to your children. Over time, you will see results that will blow you away.
